What do you do when you receive the parcel?

Do not place the box in the sun Once the parcel has been delivered, it is best to bring it inside home and open the box as soon as possible. Don’t forget to take a video while opening the box.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:-

When receiving the parcel, take a video while opening the box for the first time until seeing the queen ant and her colony.

If the queen dies from opening the box upon delivery. The shop will send a new queen with the customer paying for shipping. (Warranty is void if video is sent after 12hrs from parcel delivered time.)

In case there is no video when opening the box Considered violating the terms of the warranty Refrain from claiming a new queen in any case.

How to take care of ants colony:-

When you get ants for the first day Should be stored in a cabinet or dark area at least 1 day for the ant to adapt.

Keep ants in a calm, well-ventilated and cool place.

This type will eat protein as the main food. The food will be meal worms. or small insects

The prey should be killed before giving it to the ants to avoid the ant colony getting hurt

Give food 3-5 days / times, not necessarily every day.

Provide Sugar Water but shouldn’t be the main food and diet

It’s an ant colony that likes semi-humidity.

Ants should be kept in a dark and calm place. Do not take the ants out to see too often. or keep it in a bright place Will make the queen stress and die.

Beware of the wild tiny ants living in the house that will invade the nest.

Avoid touching the ants directly with your fingers.. Use tweezers instead.
