Local Shipment: We have shipped many ants all around country, so you can be sure your queen is in the best of hands. We ensure all of our ants are very well packaged, so they arrive at your door in the very best condition!
We only send live ants via express delivery, and they will require “in-person” to receive the package and make sure they are not left anywhere where their welfare would be compromised.
You will be provided with your tracking number after sending so you will know when to expect your ant colony and make suitable arrangements for her collection.
Domestic orders will only be shipped Mondays or Tuesdays when the temperature does in exceed 32C degrees.
Warranty: If only the queen dies during transportation, we will send a new queen to the customer who will need to pay the delivery fee depending on your location.
We will not be replacing the queen or the ant colony if the package is left unattended outdoors where their welfare is compromised by the weather. i.e: hot temperatures.
What do you do when you receive the parcel?
Do not place the box in the sun once the parcel has been received, it is best to bring it home and open the box as soon as possible. Don’t forget to take a video while opening the box.
Warranty Conditions
When receiving the parcel, take a video while opening the box for the first time upon seeing the queen.
If the queen dies from opening the box, we will send a new queen with the customer paying for shipping.
In case there is no video when opening the box will be considered violating the terms of the warranty and will be refrain from claiming.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@ants-subang.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
