Camponotus Friedae
The giant black ant is a large ant with a body length of about 15 mm, a shiny black body color, well-developed mandibles, a long cylindrical thorax that tapers from front to back, and a backside is large and covered with short hairs. The hanging abdomen is short, with an obvious black ring on the abdomen, and each foot is reddish brown. This species is distributed in low- to medium-altitude mountainous areas and is often found wandering in the woods.
